(4/30) Foster Proposes Use of City’s Suite at Tropicana Field to Benefit Arts and Social Services

Under the current use agreement with the Tampa Bay Rays, the City of St. Petersburg is entitled to the use of a luxury suite at Tropicana Field. The current policy allows suite tickets for each game to be distributed by elected officials and department heads at their discretion. Mr. Foster proposes a change to city policy, which would require the 81 home games to be offered to non-profit organizations in St. Petersburg.
