Foster Makes It Formal

3/02 - Pioneer Park in downtown St. Petersburg welcomed a crowd of over 150 to listen to former St. Petersburg City Councilman Bill Foster make it official: he's in the race for Mayor.

After a brief introduction and opening prayer, Mr. Foster took to the podium and outlined what he called a campaign of ideas, solutions and experience.
